Welcome to Hidden Lakes Ranch! We are a growing neighborhood amid the rolling hills and farmland of Gunter, Texas, in Southern Grayson County. Within our neighborhood there is something for everyone – with 1 to 5 acre lots – a mix of wide open spaces, trees and lakes. Feel free to express your personal style here with your choice of land, house design and builder.

Within our neighborhood there are many lakes for fishing, open picnic areas and lots of space! Several events per year are planned for homeowners, including a Halloween hayride and a Holiday Progressive Dinner. Gunter also offers community activities including; High School football games, a Christmas Parade and fireworks on the 4th of July. Frisco and Sherman are both only a short drive away and offer even more employment, entertainment and shopping options.

Gunter ISD offers an excellent school curriculum. We have a brand new Elementary School campus and an expanded High School campus to accommodate future growth. Directions
From 289 (Preston)/ Dallas / Frisco:
Take Preston heading North. Preston Road becomes Hwy 289. Continue on Hwy
289 past Hwy 380, the town of Prosper, and the town of Celina. Once you get to Gunter, go through the town on Hwy 289. About 1/2 mile past Gunter High School, make a Right (East) on McConnell. Go through the Stop sign, at Pike Road, about a mile and turn Left (North) on Hidden Lakes Blvd. into Hidden Lakes Ranch community.

From Hwy 75 (Plano / McKinney / Sherman / Van Alstyne):
Take Hwy 75 toward Van Alstyne. Exit Stephens (Hwy 121) in Van Alstyne. Go Left (West) on Hwy 121 approximately 8 miles. After the Gunter City Limit sign, make a Right (North) on JC Maples Road. Go through the Stop Sign, at Bledsoe Road, on JC Maples till it dead ends at McConnell Road. Go Right (West) on McConnell 1 block and turn Left (North) on Hidden Lakes Blvd. into Hidden Lakes Ranch community.
