I want to build a new home or add to my property; what do I need to do?
Before you begin building a new home, or any new structure (including pools & fences); you need to get ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval. Simply click on the "Documents" link and then the "REQUEST for ACC Approval". Please fill out the document and return it to our Management Company listed on the document along with a $25 application fee.

Weekly Curbside Recycling is available in Hidden Lakes Ranch. Please email rwest@iesi.com with your name, address and interest in HLR recycling to begin service. The recycle bins are FREE, too!

Who do I contact for the flags by the mailbox during holidays?
